2019 - Solo Archery Elk Hunt - New Mexico

I was lucky enough to draw the tag for second archery season in Unit 36 New Mexico this year. I drove down from Vancouver BC and hunted the White Mountain Wilderness solo. I did my best to capture my adventure as it unfolded. I have been hunting elk for the last 5 years every fall and until this year I had been unsuccessful in my quest to kill an elk. I hope you enjoy my story.
